Thinking about home keeps you grounded, too. But your willingness to explore new horizons is at the heart of what makes you you.

What's new with the artist, Bethany Georges:
“Bethany Georges is an O'ahu based artist specializing in murals, custom portraits, mixed media, and fine line tattoos. She works full time out of a shop in Kailua called The Collective and has been tattooing for the last 3 years. You can find a few of her murals around Kakaako and in surrounding businesses.
"The Kōlea sea bird was my main inspiration behind this piece and is the mascot of the Kaka'ako Kasuals brand and I wanted to pay tribute to the deeper meaning behind their logo. The Kōlea is a seasonally migratory native bird that symbolically represents not only locals who may leave the islands and find themselves returning home, but also tourists who visit for the first time and keep returning to the home they find within themselves while they are here. The plumeria and hibiscus represent what is most memorable about our island hospitality, and the rainbow is inspired by our more lush areas and valleys which nourish the land. The colors of the rainbow are also meant to inspire a playfulness and inner happiness."
Since the product is printed and assembled in our Hawai'i facility, please allow 3-5 business days to be produced.
